Team coaching is one of the hottest topics in leadership development and according to the 2018 Deloitte Human Capital Survey, the leading global trend is for increased teamwork at Board and Exco levels. With 76% of organisations expecting to increase their use of team coaching*, this discipline is the fastest-growing form of coaching globally**.

ICF-accredited, the Systemic Team Coaching Senior Practitioner Diploma (STCD) helps experienced coaches, OD/HRBP professionals and senior team leaders to become among the most highly qualified practitioners today.

Different from traditional team coaching, team building, away days and workshops, which often only look at team dynamics and generate little sustainable change, systemic team coaching is an effective developmental tool. As an important part of culture change programmes, it is not only valuable for senior-level teams, but also for newly formed teams, merged teams, those needing to raise their performance and for teams that need to work closely with other teams to collectively achieve their best results.

The Diploma’s faculty have combined their experience of organisational consulting, executive coaching, group dynamics and team development to provide a practical, experiential programme. Delivered over five modules over the course of 14 months, the course supports you in applying your learning to a live client assignment.

Before starting the Diploma, you must have completed the Systemic Team Coaching Certificate – a three-day stand-alone programme which doubles as Module One of the Diploma.
